WILLIAMSPORT, Pennsylvania, Nov. 7 -- Lycoming College issued the following news:
As Lycoming County high school students begin to register for spring semester classes at Lycoming College through Early Warrior Dual Enrollment, the program is getting a $20,000 contribution from C&N.
