PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Nov. 1 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that Carlos Sacanell, 58, of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, was arrested and charged by indictment with insider trading and making a false statement to a federal agency.
