ARLINGTON, Virginia, Oct. 30 -- The Professional Services Council issued the following news release:
The Professional Services Council (PSC) applauds this morning's release of the Department of Defense (DoD) Implementation Plan for the National Defense Industrial Strategy (NDIS).
