WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 -- The National Women's Law Center issued the following news release:
Providence Hospital agreed in a court filing yesterday to comply with California law requiring emergency abortion care.
This comes as a result of a lawsuit by the state's attorney general for illegally denying care to patients, including our client, Anna Nusslock.
