PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct. 29 -- Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes issued the following news release on Oct. 28, 2024:
Attorney General Kris Mayes today announced that a State Grand Jury has indicted Jesus Januario Sandoval Leyva on multiple charges stemming from a fentanyl seizure. Mr. Sandoval Leyva was arrested by the Arizona Attorney General's Office, the Tempe Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration on October 10, 2024.
