PHOENIX, Arizona, Oct. 17 -- The Arizona Secretary of State issued the following news release:
In a decisive administrative order, the Arizona Supreme Court has mandated that any appeals regarding presidential elector judgments must now be filed no later than 1 PM on December 6, 2024. This directive prioritizes timeliness where presidential electors are involved, given the proximity to the state General Election canvass scheduled for November 25, 2024.
