Ropes & Gray represented the sales agents in a $500 million at-the-market offering for Blackstone Secured Lending Fund.

The transaction launched on Sept. 25.

Blackstone Secured Lending Fund is a business development company that invests primarily in the debt of private U.S. companies.

Its fair value of investments is approximately $11.3 billion.
