WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) has awarded Wise County a $700,000 grant. The funding will support wastewater treatment system improvements at the Mountain Empire Community College's (MECC) Center for Workforce and Innovation in Appalachia (CWIA).
