WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee issued the following news release on Sept. 24, 2024:
Today, the DCCC released a new TV ad in the race for OH-09, "Aggravated," highlighting Derek Merrin's support for a total abortion ban that would jail women and children and charge them with aggravated abortion murder.
In the statehouse, Merrin "shepherded" a six-week abortion ban as chair of the Ohio House Health Committe . . .
