WASHINGTON, Sept. 26 -- Rep. Andy Barr, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release:
Yesterday, Co-Chairs of the Congressional Bourbon Caucus, Representatives Andy Barr (KY-06) and Morgan McGarvey (KY-03), introduced a bipartisan resolution to designate the month of September as National Bourbon Heritage Month.
