CHARLESTON, West Virginia, Sept. 25 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of West Virginia issued the following news release:
Jonathan Fitzpatrick, 33, of Pratt, pleaded guilty today to distribution of 500 grams or more of a mixture and substance containing methamphetamine.
According to court documents and statements made in court, on June 3, 2024, Fitzpatrick sold approximately 10 pounds of methamphetamine to a confidential informant in the Kanaw . . .
