RICHMOND, Kentucky, Sept. 25 -- Rep. Andy Barr, R-Kentucky, issued the following news release:
The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) is awarding $4.7 million to the City of Richmond for building renovations to support substance abuse workforce development in the region.
