BLACKSBURG, Virginia, Sept. 21 -- Virginia Tech issued the following news:
First-year Cadets Katelin Lock, Dillon Albor, and Jackson Anderson received the flags at Saturday's Military Appreciation football game against Rutgers. Also included in the flag ceremony were three veterans selected by Virginia Tech's Office Veteran Services.
The passing of the flags during the pre-game ceremonies was a continuation of the proud partnership between the Virginia Tech Co . . .
