HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania, Sept. 18 -- The Pennsylvania Senate Republicans issued the following news release:
Pennsylvania Senate passed two critical pieces of legislation to reform the state's juvenile justice system. Introduced by Sen. Lisa Baker (R-20), the bills implement key recommendations from Pennsylvania's Juvenile Justice Task Force.
