TOPEKA, Kansas, Sept. 20 -- The Kansas Corporation Commission issued the following penalty order (No. 25-CONS-3114-CPEN) on Sept. 19, 2024:

In the matter of the failure of Hill Oil and Gas Co., Inc. (Operator) to comply with K.A.R. 82-3-120.
PENALTY ORDER
The Commission finds Operator has violated K.A.R. 82-3-120, assesses a $500 penalty, directs Operator to come into compliance, and further rules as more fully described below.
