WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- Rep. Bob Good, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
The House passed H.R. 5339, the Protecting Americans' Investments from Woke Policies Act, a legislative package including Congressman Bob Good's (VA-05) No Discrimination in My Benefits Act, by a vote of 217 to 206. Good's legislation would ensure that fiduciaries of employee benefits plans choose their employees based on historic prudence and loyalty standards and not woke Diversity . . .
