WASHINGTON, Sept. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency issued the following news release:
BATON ROUGE, La. Louisianans should be aware that con artists and criminals may try to obtain money or steal personal information through fraud or identity theft after Hurricane Francine.
