ANNAPOLIS, Maryland, Sept. 19 -- Gov. Wes Moore, D-Maryland, issued the following news release on Sept. 18, 2024:
Governor Wes Moore today announced that the Governor's Office of Small, Minority and Women Business Affairs has increased the Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprise Program's participation goal from 1% to 3%, effective immediately.
