ATLANTA, Sept. 13 -- The Georgia Department of Banking and Finance issued the following news release on Sept. 12, 2024:
Today, the Department of Banking and Finance, State of Georgia ("Department") issued an Order to Cease and Desist to Apex Capital Bank.
