INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Sept. 12 -- The Indiana University McKinney School of Law issued the following news release:
The Indianapolis mayor's administration is facing a city-county council investigation into its handling of sexual harassment allegations against an employee. Indiana law doesn't allow for recall elections, and according to state code, impeachment proceedings against mayors would be heard by the Indiana General Assembly.
