Congressman Chris Pappas (NH-01) celebrated the announcement of over $3.7 million in federal funding for Manchester Fire Department to hire and retain an additional twelve firefighters through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Staffing for Adequate Fire Emergency Response (SAFER) Grants program.
