WASHINGTON, Sept. 7 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Regulatory Commission issued the following statement on Sept. 6, 2024, by Commissioner Mark C. Christie on a decision (Docket No. EC24-58-000) involving Global Infrastructure Management LLC and BlackRock Funding Inc.:
