NORFOLK, Virginia, Sept. 7 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia issued the following news release on Sept. 6, 2024:

A Norfolk man with multiple previous convictions for drug trafficking crimes was sentenced yesterday to 14 years in prison for distribution of methamphetamine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
