BUFFALO, New York, Sept. 6 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on Sept. 5, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Stacey Beardsley aka Stacey J. Peterson, 38, of Jamestown, NY, who was convicted of misprision of felony, was sentenced to serve two years' probation and 50 hours community service by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
