BUFFALO, New York, Aug. 29 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on Aug. 28, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Hector Anaya, 51, of Buffalo, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of five years in prison, a maximum of 40 years, and a $5,000,000 fine.
