Global law firm White & Case LLP has acted as Mexican deal counsel for Cox Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. (Cox) and Ibexia Espana Develpment S, L.U. (Ibexia) and its subsidiaries in the acquisition of 60 percent of the shares of Ibexia Cox Energy Development, S.L. (Ibox).
