BUFFALO, New York, Aug. 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Darin L. Butts, Jr., 31, of Celeron, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael J. Roemer to possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of methamphetamine, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years, a maximum of life and a 10,000,000 fine.
