BUFFALO, New York, Aug. 17 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on Aug. 16, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Duane Lowery, 29, of Jamestown, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and distribution of fentanyl. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $1,000,000 fine.
