WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 -- The Smithsonian Institution issued the following news release:
The Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15 with free events, tours and programs for all ages that are designed to shine a light on Hispanic culture, history and stories.
