WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- Sen. Joe Manchin, D-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Charleston, WV Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (I-WV), member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced $639,646 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) for West Virginia University (WVU) and the West Virginia State Department of Health. The funding will support access to School-Based Health Clinics in rural areas as well as hire new staff within the West Virginia . . .
