WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- The Democratic National Committee issued the following news release:
Yesterday, RFK Jr. was found guilty of using a "sham" address to claim residency in New York and gain ballot access for his spoiler campaign. As a result, the judge has ruled that RFK Jr. is not eligible to appear on the New York ballot.
RFK Jr.'s legal woes are far from over. Next week, in a challenge brought together by the DNC, RFK Jr.'s campaign will stan . . .
