PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, Aug. 13 -- Dechert, a law firm, issued the following news:
Dechert LLP advised Crown Holdings, Inc. (Crown) on an offering of Euros600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.500% senior unsecured notes due 2030 issued by its subsidiary, Crown European Holdings S.A. Crown intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, together with cash on hand, to pay its outstanding 2.625% senior notes due in September 2024, as well as related fees and expenses.
