SACRAMENTO, California, Aug. 9 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on Aug. 8, 2024:
Gary Wayne Stuckey, 58, of Stockton, pleaded guilty today to possessing methamphetamine with intent to distribute and being a felon in possession of ammunition, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
