Governor Glenn Youngkin today released the third annual Unified Regulatory Plan (URP) (https://townhall.virginia.gov/UnifiedRegulatoryPlans/UnifiedRegulatoryPlans.cfm) that details all of the expected regulatory changes to be made throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia in FY2025.
