BUFFALO, New York, Aug. 3 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on Aug. 2, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Levester Rose, 46, of Niagara Falls, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl, which carries a minimum penalty of five years in prison and a maximum of 40 years.
