BLACKSBURG, Virginia, July 31 -- Virginia Tech issued the following news:
Thomas K. Miller, professor of orthopaedic surgery in the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, has been conferred the title of professor emeritus by the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors.
