ATLANTA, Georgia, July 31 -- The Georgia House issued the following news release:
State Representative Matt Reeves (R-Duluth) was recently recognized by the Uniform Law Commission for sponsoring the Georgia's Uniform Commercial Code Modernization Act, House Bill 1240, which was carried in the State Senate by President Pro Tempore John F. Kennedy and signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp in May of 2024.
