FRESNO, California, July 31 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California issued the following news release on July 29, 2024:
Marcus Tatum, 32, of Bakersfield, was sentenced today to 12 years and five months in prison, to be followed by 10 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay $45,000 in restitution, for receipt and distribution of child pornography, U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert announced.
