ALBANY, New York, July 26 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release:
Scott Solomon, age 38, of Albany, was sentenced today to 13 months in prison, to be followed by 3 years of supervised release, for defrauding a loan program meant for businesses struggling with the financial effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
