Petersburg, VA Yesterday, Congresswoman Jennifer McClellan (VA-04) delivered nearly $2 million in Community Project Funding (CPF) checks to the Cities of Colonial Heights and Petersburg for water infrastructure projects.
In Colonial Heights, McClellan delivered $959,752 for its Waterline Replacement Project, which will renew aging water infrastructure and improve water quality . . .
