ALBANY, New York, July 16 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of New York issued the following news release:
Conifer Park Inc. agreed to pay $300,000 to resolve allegations that it violated the Controlled Substances Act's (CSA) recordkeeping requirements.
United States Attorney Carla B. Freedman and Special Agent in Charge Frank A. Tarentino III, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), New York Division made the announcement.
