CHICAGO, Illinois, July 12 -- Kirkland and Ellis, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Kirkland & Ellis represented Truelink Capital Management, LLC, a Los Angeles-based middle market private equity firm, on the formation of its first fund, Truelink Capital I, which closed with aggregate third-party LP commitments of $875 million.
The fund exceeded its target of $600 million and its original hard cap of $750 million.
