RALEIGH, North Carolina, July 12 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina issued the following news release on July 11, 2024:
A federal grand jury returned an indictment yesterday charging a Raleigh man with defrauding the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) for over $1 million. The indictment was unsealed today.
