NEW YORK, July 10 -- White and Case, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised the underwriter on a bond issuance by 365.bank, a.s. with an aggregate principal amount of Euros150 million.
The four-year-term bonds will bear a fixed coupon of 7.125% until 2027 and then a variable interest rate. 365.bank intends to use the net proceeds from the issuance of the bonds for general corporate purposes.
