BUFFALO, New York, July 10 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York issued the following news release on July 9, 2024:
U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that Mario Kelly, 38, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute 40 grams or more of fentanyl and being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition, was sentenced to serve 130 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
