WASHINGTON, July 9 -- Rep. Ami Bera, D-California, issued the following news release:
Today, U.S. Representative Ami Bera, M.D. (CA-06) announced that the U.S. Federal Transit Administration's (FTA) Low or No Emission Grant Program awarded the Sacramento Regional Transit District (SacRT) with a $76,847,678 grant for their Zero-Emission Buses, Fueling, and Workforce Development Project.
SacRT will receive funding to buy up to 29 new hydrogen fuel cell buses to repl . . .
