AKWESASNE, New York, July 4 -- The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe, a federally-recognized Native American tribe, issued the following news:
On June 11, 2024 the Saint Regis Mohawk Tribe's Compliance Department issued a Notice of Violation to Vape Bank proprietors, Aaron Adams and Dallas Delormier, at 2586 Chateauguay Street, Fort Covington.The violation is due to "operating without a SRMT tobacco retail license," violating the SRMT Tobacco Ordinance (TCR 2004-40), as amended. . . .
