CHARLESTON, West Virginia, July 4 -- The West Virginia Legislature issued the following news release on July 3, 2024:

Ryan Browning of Kenova became the newest member of the West Virginia House of Delegates in a brief, no-frills ceremony Wednesday, July 3.

Browning, a transportation business owner, was appointed to serve the 28th Delegate District, which is made up of a portion of Wayne County. He will complete the unexpired term of former Delegate Mark Ross, R-Wayne.
