WASHINGTON, June 28 -- Rep. Mike Levin, D-California, issued the following news release:
Today, Rep. Mike Levin (CA-49) issued the following statement expressing disappointment in the conservative Supreme Court's decisions in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo and Relentless, Inc. v. Department of Commerce to overturn the Chevron doctrine.
"This extreme Supreme Court has shown time and again that they have no regard for settled law and would rather throw out . . .
