WASHINGTON, June 28 -- Rep. Morgan Griffith, R-Virginia, issued the following news release:
In a 6-2 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled to overturn Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. In response to this decision, U.S. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:
"I have long advocated for the 1984 ruling in Chevron U.S.A., Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc. to be overturned or legislatively elimina . . .
